Buying a Wasl project
Every Wasl release on this page is live inventory pulled from the current price list, not archived stock. What separates one Wasl project from another is usually the community, the payment schedule and how much of the release is already allocated, we compare those side by side, along with delivery record and price per sqft against recent transactions nearby.
How payment plans change the real cost of entry
A 10% booking on an off-plan unit needs far less cash up front than a ready home, where you fund 20–25% deposit plus fees on day one. Post-handover plans stretch instalments past the keys, so your rent can start covering the schedule. The trade-off is time: you wait for handover before any income starts.
Why we shortlist rather than list everything
Most of the market looks similar on a listing page. The difference shows in price per sqft against recent DLD transactions in the same tower or community, service charges, developer delivery record, and how much of the stock is already sold. We run those checks before recommending anything.
