Common questions
How many Mubadala projects are for sale right now?
We track 1 live Mubadala project in the UAE, mainly in Al Maryah Island.
Is it cheaper to buy Mubadala off-plan direct from the developer?
No. The developer pays our fee on off-plan sales, so you pay the same price through Aumra as buying direct, and get independent advice on unit and payment plan.
