A launch is only cheap if it is below what the same community transacts at today. We compare the release price per square foot against recent Dubai Land Department transactions before calling anything a deal.

Developers raise prices phase by phase as construction progresses. Early phases carry more delivery risk and more upside; later phases cost more and tell you more.
